Totally over it .A very big ask and have tryed the best I can considering my work load at work and my home life.Now I am just ticking boxes to complete which really isn't right but I think management really need to realise that some colleagues have a life outside of the library and that if we are expected to do something like this we need extra staffing during work time to cover us.Isn't it all about excellent customer service?Feeling a bit p.....d off ,can you tell?

after the last session at NB I felt a bit more in control of what I am doing.Now it is 2 weeks later and panic is starting to set in again,but at least I have used skype from home and sort of know a little about.Last week next week.Yeah.( wow aren't I clever this came from zoho)
